Ppaws Portal is owned by Payel Paul. Each session involves intuitive connection and energetic preparation, which begins well before the actual appointment.

As such, we do not offer refunds on any of our services, including completed sessions, missed appointments, or cancellations.

Please Note:

• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the service is considered non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule it once, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.

• Failure to inform us within this time frame will be considered a no-show, and no rescheduling or refund will be applicable.

• In exceptional cases (e.g., verified medical emergencies), we may consider rescheduling at our sole discretion.
